SMT Construction Company, also known as SMTgroup was established in 2017 as a sole proprietorship by Engr. Sedfrey Tutaan. For almost a decade, Engr. Tutaan has extensive experience in the construction industry. He has successfully developed urban-friendly, premium quality-serviced communities and mid-rise projects for a number of developers, in 2022 in response to long renting routine of our fellow Filipinos and potential business partners and owners. This led to the expansion of the product line.
